P The 84186 Food Cutter from Hobart combines in itself superior design and attractive features. Made to provide heavy duty food cutting solutions, it is easy and safe to use. Needless to say, this UL- and NSF-approved food cutter upholds the Hobart tradition of durability and great performance. P B P Base: B One-piece burnished aluminum casting with plated steel bottom cover (total enclosure). P B P Bowl: B 18" stainless steel, is easily removed for cleaning. P B P Bowl Cover: B One-piece burnished aluminum casting, carefully fitted to the top of the bowl. Removable for easy cleaning. P B P Knives: B cutlery grade stainless steel Rotate at 1725 RPM. The blades are secured to a hub as a unit, which may be removed from the knife shaft without change of knife clearance adjustment. Stainless steel knife comb included. P B P Motor: B 1 H.P., with ball bearings. Single-phase is capacitor start, induction-run type. Three-phase is polyphase squirrel-cage, induction-run type.
