Product DescriptionThis Hobart 2812 manual slicer has antimicrobial protection built into it inhibiting the growth of bacteria and keeping the slicer cleaner between cleanings. The 2812 features an exclusive tilting, removable carriage system with plastic coatedmetal feed grip and a stainless steel CleanCut knife. The 2812 includes a washable, a topmounted sharpener, and a 1/2 hp knife drive motor. There is also an handle, permanentlymounted ring guard, a polyV belt, and a 6 cord and plug.
